Today's Snow Report, and Advent

This morning it snowed again! Contrary to popular belief, it hasn't actually been snowing the entire time, and all in all it has only snowed all of 4 times since I have been here... And usually the snow disappears within a day. Today was probably the fluffiest snow I have seen, and it's really beautiful. Below is three shots from out my window from left to right.



Sven is an avid fan of Christmas, and has taken on the duty of designating our Unit as the Christmas Unit. Every Sunday from the 28th of November till Xmas, we are celebrating advent at our unit. He baked some special German Cake as a 'coproduction' with Daniela, and there was also some Chocolate cake courtesy of Bea and Sven's cookies and Daniela's Cookies. Ultimately a hearty meal! The picture on the right is fltr: Sven, Thomas, Daniela and Myself in front of the Tree.



All around the tree, we have some Snow... This is very special snow that melts at the low temperature of 232oC (As advertised on the pack). With the tree we also have 600 christmas lights, the good news is, we don't need to use the ceiling light anymore! We also have to be carful when using the TV since there is now snow all over it...
